By using the application or purchasing a license for it, you agree to these terms:
You own a license to use the application, you do not own the application itself (source code, assembly, etc.).
You may not redistribute or modify the application without permission from The Blue Plum Software Inc. The copyright holder retains all rights over the application, and no third-party or agency is entitled to sell, modify or repackage the application without prior consent and written permission from the copyright holder. The license you purchase for the application is non-transferable.
You can use your license on each Mac where you're the sole user (within reason; don't try to tell us you use 10 Macs.) If other people are going to use your license, you need to add one user for each of them.
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you share it with other users (such as posting it on a torrent site, a forum, etc.), or if you attempt to hack the application or our website.
Barring abuse, your license is perpetual. It will always unlock all minor versions of the version you have purchased (for example 1.1, 1.2, ...). If we ever release a new version (for example 2.x), your license will not unlock that version and you'll need to pay for a new license at an upgrade discount.
The application has a 10-day free trial period, so you can evaluate the application and decide if it's right for you before you purchase a license. We get charged fees if we issue refunds and it's time-consuming for us to disable licenses because the application does not phone home to validate them. As such, we don't offer refunds for purchases.
This application is provided by The Blue Plum Software Inc. on an “as is” basis. In no event shall the copyright holder be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to any loss of data or computer failure, arising out of the use or inability to use the application. Simply, we do our best to make as great an application as possible but we cannot guarantee that it will be entirely without its quirks and that any features will continue to work in new MacOS releases.
This waiver of liability also applies to your use of our website and all transactions with any server or service that we provide, either directly or indirectly.
There is no warranty, express or implied (whatever that means). We don't know if the application you purchased from us will work well for you or whether it's right for a particular purpose you had in mind. That's why there is a free trial.
If you have questions or problems using our applications, you are welcome to email us and we'll do our best to help you. However, there is no formal support program for the application. We do not promise that we will be able to successfully assist you.
If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that part shall be dropped and the remainder of the agreement will still apply.
The fact that we have attempted to write a EULA that is easy to read does not make it less binding. You really do agree to these terms if you use the application or buy a license.
These terms and conditions may be altered and amended within reason from time to time to reflect the evolving nature of the application. By using the application, you agree that you have read, understood, and will comply with these terms and conditions. The application is a product developed by The Blue Plum Software Inc.
